Tamil Nadu Man Invites PM Modi to Daughter's Wedding, He Responds With a Letter

A family in Tamil Nadu is elated after Prime Minister Narendra Modi thanked them for inviting him to their daughter’s wedding.

TS Rajasekaran, a former regional medical researcher and supervisor from Vellore, had recently invited the prime minister to his daughter Rajshri’s wedding, which is scheduled to take place on September 11.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to be launching the National Animal Disease Control Programme (NADCP) for eradicating the Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) and Brucellosis in the livestock, that day from Mathura in Uttar Pradesh.

On Saturday, the family received a letter from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi which stated, "It is my pleasure to learn about the wedding of your daughter Dr Rajsri with Dr Sudarsan. Thank you for inviting me on this momentous occasion."

The letter also wished the couple a future filled with "prosperity and wonderful shared experiences," according to India Today.

The family now plans to frame the letter.

Samsung Galaxy A50s के लॉन्च के संबंध में सैमसंग इंडिया ने सोमवार को ट्विटर पर एक वीडियो टीज़र पोस्ट किया जिसमें भारत में गैलेक्सी ए सीरीज़ के सफर को दिखाया गया है।

Samsung Galaxy A50s को भारत में बुधवार यानी 11 सितंबर को लॉन्च किए जाने की उम्मीद है। दक्षिण कोरियाई कंपनी ने अपने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट से नए फोन के लॉन्च का टीज़र ज़ारी किया है। सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए50एस को बीते महीने गैलेक्सी ए50 के अपग्रेड के तौर पर पेश किया गया था। स्मार्टफोन में ट्रिपल रियर कैमरा सेटअप है। इसमें फुल-एचडी+ सुपर एमोलेड इनफिनिटी यू डिस्प्ले है।

याद रहे कि सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए50एस के साथ कंपनी ने सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए30एस को भी लॉन्च किया था। इसे भी बुधवार को लॉन्च किए जाने की उम्मीद है। आने वाले दिनों में कंपनी गैलेक्सी ए सीरीज़ के नए सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए20एस को भी लॉन्च कर सकती है।

लॉन्च के संबंध में सैमसंग इंडिया ने सोमवार को ट्विटर पर एक वीडियो टीज़र पोस्ट किया जिसमें भारत में गैलेक्सी ए सीरीज़ के सफर को दिखाया गया है। टीज़र वीडियो में बताया गया है कि लॉन्च इवेंट 11 सितंबर को आयोजित होगा। हालांकि, कंपनी ने यह खुलासा नहीं किया है कि वह इस दिन किस फोन को लॉन्च करेगी।

दूसरी तरफ, सैमसंग ने हाल ही में सोशल मीडिया पर Galaxy A50s के लिए कॉन्टेस्ट आयोजित किया था। संभवतः यह इशारा है कि कंपनी बुधवार को यही फोन भारत में लॉन्च करने वाली है।

सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए50एस के साथ Samsung ने बीते महीने सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए30एस को भी लॉन्च किया था। संभव है कि कंपनी सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए20एस को भी लॉन्च करे जो अब तक सुर्खियों का हिस्सा रहा है।

सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए50एस में 6.4 इंच का फुल-एचडी+ (1080x2340 पिक्सल) सुपर एमोलेड डिस्प्ले है। इसमें ऑक्टा-कोर चिपसेट का इस्तेमाल हुआ है। लेकिन सैमसंग ने मॉडल के नाम का खुलासा नहीं किया है। रैम के दो विकल्प हैं- 4 जीबी या 6 जीबी। इनबिल्ट स्टोरेज के दो विकल्प हैं- 64 जीबी या 128 जीबी। फोन 512 जीबी तक के माइक्रोएसडी कार्ड को सपोर्ट भी करेगा। अब बात कैमरा सेटअप की। सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए50एस रियर कैमरे के मामले में बड़ा अपग्रेड है। इसका प्राइमरी सेंसर 48 मेगापिक्सल का है। यह एफ/ 2.0 अपर्चर के साथ आता है। इसमें 8 मेगापिक्सल का वाइड-एंगल कैमरा है, 123 डिग्री फील्ड ऑफ व्यू के साथ। साथ में 5 मेगापिक्सल का डेप्थ सेंसर है। फोन का सेल्फी कैमरा 32 मेगापिक्सल का है। इसका अपर्चर एफ/ 2.0 है।

सैमसंग गैलेक्सी ए50एस में सुपर स्टेडी वीडियो स्टेबलाइज़ेशन फीचर है। इस फीचर की झलक हमें सैमसंग गैलेक्सी एस10 सीरीज़ में मिल चुकी है। लेकिन यह सिर्फ फुल-एचडी रिजॉल्यूशन और वाइड-एंगल कैमरे के साथ काम करता है। गैलेक्सी ए50एस की बैटरी 4,000 एमएएच की है। यह 15 वॉट की फास्ट चार्जिंग को सपोर्ट करती है। स्मार्टफोन का डाइमेंशन 158.5 x 74.5 x 7.7 मिलीमीटर है और वज़न 169 ग्राम। इसमें इन-डिस्प्ले फिंगरप्रिंट सेंसर और यूएसबी टाइप-सी पोर्ट है।

It’s getting hard for smartphone brands to catch the customers’ fancy. On one hand, the market for smartphones under Rs 15,000 smartphones is getting saturated whereas smartphones costing between Rs 5000-7000 face their own set of challenges. Brands in this price segment are trying many options and one of them is holding a flash sale on e-commerce websites.

One such smartphone is 10.or D . The handset is set to go on sale today, February 16, at 12PM on Amazon India website. For those unaware, this device was launched as part of Amazon India's "Crafted for Amazon" programme, through which, Amazon partners with various handset makers to sell devices under its label. For example, both the 10.or E and 10.or G are manufactured by Chinese OEM Huaquin Technology.

Manufactured by Shanghai-based Longcheer, 10.or D packs in a 5.2-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixel resolution. Backed by a 3500mAh battery, this device claims to deliver two days of battery on a single charge. In the camera department, the 10.or D has a 13MP rear sensor with LED flash and a 5MP front shooter for selfies. The camera app comes loaded with 12 scenic modes as well. Much like other handsets, the 10. or D smartphone also comes with a rear mounted fingerprint sensor that is said to unlock the device in 0.2 seconds.

It is powered by a 64-bit 1.4GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU, and has two RAM and storage options -- 2GB and 3GB. The 2GB RAM handset comes with a combination of 16GB internal storage and costs Rs 4,999, whereas the 3GB RAM variant comes with 32GB storage at a price tag of Rs 5,999. The handset offers dual sim functionality and is available in Black and Gold colour options.

Following on from a successful two day test around the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve, Alex Lowes (Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team) and Michael van der Mark (Pata Yamaha Official WorldSBK Team) stayed on at the Portuguese circuit, to test and launch the new YZF-R1M in front of the worlds media. 

Both riders are set to continue with the team for the upcoming season, as the both secured podium finishes in 2017 with the team and will be hoping to go one better in 2018 and take a victory.
